Can the home Owner be present during the shoot?
1
We recommend that the homeowner is not present during the appointment. Because it’s their space, they’re used to shifting things and moving through the scene without realizing it, which could add more time to the appointment.
What does shoot day look like?
2
On the day of the appointment, the photographer will start by walking through the house to make sure the everything on the check list was addressed, and answer any questions or concerns the homeowner or agent would have. Then we typically start with photos inside, and go with the flow of the home before addressing other services like video or floorpan.
Will you move furniture or décor during the shoot?

Minor adjustments may be made to improve composition, but homes should be fully prepared before the photographer arrives.
